Enjoying stunning views over Kauri Point and a vibrant resort feel, the Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village is a brand new architecturally designed centre dedicated to providing the very best in retirement living and continuum of care. Having only just been completed in October 2016, the village is proving very popular and is filling fast!
Our care centre is set amidst landscaped gardens and caters for resthome, hospital and dementia level residents. We also offer short-term care ranging from one day to several weeks. The bedrooms are fresh and spacious, and all include a private ensuite, heating and television. If your needs become more complex, you will have access to excellent clinical support. Our dementia care unit is a secure, warm and homely environment with specialised staff who work hard to maintain the safety and dignity of our residents at a time when they are particularly vulnerable.
Like all our villages we offer an activity programme, designed to cater to each level of care ensuring you always feel very much part of our friendly community. Activities include events such as planned outings, visiting guests and entertainers, arts & crafts, gentle execises, a men's club and movie sessions.
